What forms of payment to you accept?
I currently only accept pay pal as a form of payment. If you do not have a pay pal account and do not wish to set one up, I can take a check. Please be aware that if you are mailing a check I will not be able to start on your order until I receive the check and it has cleared. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. Please contact me for a mailing address.
How Long Will It Take For my Order To Ship?
Kiddie Kaboose Custom Hair Bows, Clothing and Custom orders do not ship right away. Kiddie Kaboose does not mass produce any of our items, so it doesn't ship when the order is placed. I work alone and personally create every order myself, I have no other employees and complete all orders in the order in which they were received. Since I am a perfectionist, I always make sure every item is as close to perfect as possible before it is mailed out. Most of my boutique items will ship within 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, please contact me to see if I can get it made and shipped ASAP.
How Will My Order be Shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Kiddie Kaboose will not be held responsible for your packages once they are mailed.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I love doing custom orders!! If you don't see what you are looking for just contact me and we will work together to create that one of a kind perfect outfit.
Do You Accept Returns?
Most of our items are custom created and therefore, we are unable to accept returns, unless it is an error on our part. However, please email me at kiddiekaboose@gmail.com with any questions and I will do the best I can to work with you.
What is an alligator clip?
An alligator clip is also known as a pinch clip. This type of clip works best on smaller bows for babies and toddlers that don't have as much hair. The is the best clip for bows that will be used on our interchangeable headbands.
What is a french barrette?
The french barrette is best for toddlers and big girls that have more hair. The barrette is recommended for our bigger bows that may be fuller and heavier.
How do I care for my rhinestone or applique apparel?
Please make sure you wash all items by hand if possible. If you must use a washing machine, make sure you turn your garment inside out first and only wash on cold! Lay flat to dry, Do Not put in dryer as hot temperatures may cause rhinestones or appliques to loosen.
