This tutu is great for Halloween!  It is handmade with over 6 yards of colorful tulle.  It is embellished with a ribbon flower clippie(on an alligator clip) in the center that can be detached and worn in the hair.  Included with this tutu are matching korker bows.  The korker bows are on alligator clips.  If you would like to change any of the colors in this tutu, please contact me with your requests.
