This tutu is made with soft pink tulle and is filled with beautiful pink, white & red hearts.  It also has soft red flower petals and red & pink pom-poms scattered through out. There is a pink organza ribbon adorned with a Valentine's bow in the center of the waist.  This bow is on a lined alligator clip and can be easily removed and worn in the hair too!  This tutu fits ages 6mos-10yrs and is 12"long.
