This tutu is made with soft white tulle and is filled with all things fun for Christmas.  Includes foam candy canes, hearts, Christmas trees and green and red pom-poms scattered throughout!! There is a red and green candy cane ribbon adorned with a Christmas bow in the center of the waist.  This bow is on a lined alligator clip and can be easily removed and worn in the hair too!  This tutu has an elastic waist and fits ages 6mos-10yrs and is 12"long.  Also available in red!
