This diaper cake is just too cute.  Made from 64 Pampers this cake is perfect for the future ballerina.  The cake is 3 tiers with matching ribbon around each tier.  Wrapped around the middle tier is an adorable pink and white tutu.  The tutu is on an elastic waist and will fit 0-12months.  A matching onesie is include with cake that reads, "future ballerina." (Click on link below to view onesie.) This will make the perfect outfit for baby's first photo!  On the top tier of the diaper cake is a soft pink bear, 3 Johnson's & Johnson's products and a matching flower headband to go with the tutu and onesie.  This is a one of a kind gift that will surely be the hit of the shower!
